I've just been informed that I've been selected for Brighton Art Fair this autumn. I'm over the moon about this as I think that it will be a really splendid fair. Speaking of splendid fairs, I'm gearing up for the Teddington Art Fair next weekend. I'll be collecting some new work from the long-suffering framers mid week. Louise is preparing herself mentally for the task negotiating the South Circular in my ancient car. I think that there are a few invites left for the Private View on Friday 16th please get in touch if you'd like to come along. I look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you to everyone who stopped for a chat at Battersea over the weekend. I was especially pleased to see some familiar faces from previous shows.Thanks also to those that purchased work, I hope that you enjoy your paintings. It's always a very humbling experience when someone is sufficiently moved by a piece of my work to take it home with them (even if it takes them a year to make up their minds! ,thank you for the champagne you two, it was a lovely gesture). Rather excitingly I was also invited to take part in the Florence Biennale http://www.florencebiennale.org/home_eng.htm However for the moment I'm now looking forward to June when I shall be taking part in the Medway Arts Festival and of course the Teddington Art Fair. I have a number of new paintings being framed and these will be ready in time for Teddington. If you'd like to come along please email me and I'll try to organise a complimentary ticket for you. I collected 21 new paintings from the framers last night. These have been documented and posted in the New Work section. Shortly I'll be loading all the new work into the car and taking them to Battersea for tonights private view. comment on this post [ 0 comments ]
